The morning schedule included several new presentations and some follow-ups from past SMM presenters. Lots of timely information and positive inspiration. The afternoon session was focused on small group gatherings where specific topics could be discussed/brainstormed in detail. MaineStock participated in the Meat Processing round table where folks from all segments of maine's livestock community were actively engaged in finding answers on how to put more Maine meat on Maine tables.
The two hour discussion was lively and informative! As MaineStock moves forward with plans to build a USDA Inspected processing facility in Central Maine, we want everyone who can benefit from this project to know how important it is to have your feedback concerning the design and features of this new plant.
